Minecraft Discord Support Agent
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a rapidly growing Minecraft server-hosting company and need another pair of skilled hands in our Discord ticket queue. Every day I see customers struggling with two main pain points: getting the core server configuration right and installing or updating the specific plugins and mods they rely on. Because most of our clients follow a fairly standard mod/plugin stack, quick pattern-recognition and confident command-line work go a long way in keeping them happy.
You’ll log into Discord during your agreed shift, pick up tickets as they arrive, and walk users through the exact steps they need. That ranges from editing server.properties or Paper’s config files, to resolving plugin dependency errors, to double-checking a modpack’s Forge version before launch. When an issue goes beyond first-line support, you’ll document what you’ve tried and hand it off neatly so the next tech can pick up without backtracking.
Deliverables I’ll measure:
• Timely, clear ticket replies that resolve normal configuration or install issues on first contact.
• Concise internal notes for anything escalated.
• A short entry in our shared knowledge base whenever you discover a repeatable fix that isn’t documented yet.
This is hands-on work; you should already be comfortable with Spigot, Paper, and typical plugin/mod commands, plus basic Linux shell and FTP/SFTP tools. If that sounds like your everyday playground, let’s talk and get you access to the queue.
