Looking for a developer to create on boarding bots on Discord

Hi, we have a Discord server that we are trying to increase on-boarding for through the use of a bot.
We are hoping to do an invite a friend contest. A new role will be created for whoever invites people to our Discord and people who has the role automatically enters a giveaway.
But would require to have collabland as well, since we also want to airdrop everyone who can invite at least 1 person if we have a certain amount of followers.
