Project Overview
This project combines Discord infrastructure, AI agent integration (Lindy), and no-code automation (Zapier/Make, Airtable, Notion) to deliver a seamless onboarding and governance experience.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Discord Community Setup
Structure Discord channels (Information, Onboarding, Governance, Innovation Hubs).
Configure bots: MEE6, Carl-bot, Sesh (events), Collab.Land (wallet verification).
Implement custom permissions and role hierarchy (Genesis Innovator, Moderator, Partner).
Build onboarding and FAQ threads for clarity and automation handoff.
Phase 2: AI & Automation Integration
Connect Lindy AI agent to Discord (Community Agent + Governance Copilot).
Configure onboarding automation using Zapier/Make → Discord + Airtable.
Integrate Collab.Land for wallet verification + automated role assignment.
Test agent workflows (join → verify → engage → poll participation).
Phase 3: QA, Documentation & Handoff
Conduct full end-to-end testing of onboarding and governance flows.
Prepare Agentic Readiness Manual v1.0 (screenshots, flow diagrams, setup steps).
Deliver final working system + walkthrough video.
Deliverables
Fully configured Discord server (roles, channels, permissions).
Lindy agent integrated and responding to onboarding queries.
Automation workflows active (Zapier/Make + Airtable + Collab.Land).
Agentic Readiness Manual (v1.0) documenting all setup.
Final recorded demo of system in operation.
Skills Required
Expert in Discord server setup (roles, bots, moderation).
Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion).
Familiar with AI bot integrations (Lindy, OpenAI, or similar).
Comfortable working asynchronously and documenting processes.
Bonus: Background in Web3, DAOs, or blockchain-based communities.
