Gaming Community Discord Setup

I’m launching a new Discord home for a gaming community and need someone who can build the whole space from scratch. The server has to feel intuitive the moment members arrive, with game-specific text and voice channels that keep chatter and matchmaking neatly separated.

Game-specific roles are essential; members should be able to pick the titles they play so pings stay relevant. A simple welcome area with clear rules and self-assign instructions will guide newcomers, and I’d like standard moderation permissions in place so admins can step in quickly when needed.

I’m not chasing heavy bot functionality just yet—structure comes first—but if you have a lightweight tool that supports onboarding or basic game stats, feel free to recommend it.

Deliverables
• Fully configured Discord server transferred to my ownership
• Clean channel & category layout documented for future edits
• Role hierarchy coded to each game, with permissions and colours set
• Quick walkthrough (written or short video) on adding new games/channels
