Full-Time Discord Outreach Assistant

I need reliable day-to-day help keeping my community conversations moving. For at least eight hours each day you’ll sit at a fast, stable internet connection and live inside Discord—sending a steady flow of direct messages, keeping the server organized, and stepping in to moderate chats whenever they drift off-topic or violate the rules.
Beyond Discord, I’ll ask you to copy key announcements and discussion starters into relevant Reddit threads and a few partner Discord servers so the message reaches a wider audience. Clear, friendly English is a must; you’ll often be the first point of contact for new members.
What I’ll look for
• Proven stamina for high-volume social media messaging
• Familiarity with Discord’s admin tools (roles, channels, permissions, bots)
• A calm, even-handed approach to moderation disputes
• Readiness to issue a brief activity summary at the end of each shift
