FiveM RP Discord Outreach Specialist (Commission Only)

I run Passage, a niche service that writes winning whitelist applications for FiveM role-play servers. I'm opening a commission only spot for someone who can run Discord outreach and wants uncapped earnings.
What you'll do. Use your own Discord accounts (each at least six months old) to send personalised DMs to FiveM players who were recently denied whitelist or are preparing an application. Pitch Passage as the solution referencing the player's situation where possible (rejected application, server they're applying to, etc). Drop the unique referral link I assign to you to drive conversions.
Compensation and tracking. Base commission is 15% per customer you bring in. Current averages land between $8 and $14 per conversion at base rate. Top performers get bumped up to 20% commission, which works out to $11 to $18 per conversion. Hit the monthly conversion threshold and your rate moves to 20% for the following month. Hit it again and you stay at 20%. Drop below and it resets to 15%. Thresholds are shared during onboarding. Commissions are tracked through our internal link system and paid weekly via PayPal or Crypto. No cap, no upfront fees.
What I need from you. Familiarity with the FiveM RP scene (I'm an active player myself, so I'll know). Fluent English and the discipline to work without hand holding. A quick note in your bid covering the age of your Discord accounts, any relevant outreach or sales results you've had before (Discord only is fine), and the number of personalised DMs you can realistically send each day.
