Expert Community Manager for Crypto/DeFi Spaces
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are looking for a Community Builder/Manager to grow and manage a 10,000+ member Telegram & Discord community made up of active funders, affiliate marketers, and engaged supporters.
We are not looking for generic moderators.
We want a subject-matter expert who has built large, high-conversion communities in crypto, DeFi, fintech, investment, or affiliate ecosystems.
Anyone without proven expertise will be automatically rejected.
Your mission
Build and scale our Telegram & Discord communities to 10,000+ highly targeted members
Implement growth strategies, referral funnels, onboarding flows, and engagement systems
Create a community that converts: funder-ready users + affiliate marketers
Deploy bots, auto-DM sequences, leaderboards, and daily engagement campaigns
Host community events (AMAs, challenges, updates, impact stories) that increase trust
Maintain a clean, safe, high-energy environment with strong moderation and anti-FUD systems
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Demonstrated success growing Telegram or Discord communities to 10,000+ members
Experience in DeFi, crypto, FX, investment, fintech, or MLM-style referral ecosystems
Deep technical understanding of:
Telegram bots automation
Discord workflows
Referral & viral growth mechanics
Community funnels and retention
Ability to build funnels that convert members into active participants
Strong English + the ability to manage global audiences
Portfolio or screenshots of previous communities required
Bonus Skills
Experience building affiliate programs or referral campaigns
Ability to create weekly community engagement calendars
Familiarity with emerging markets audiences (Africa, Asia, LATAM)
