Discord moderators
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need an experienced and dedicated Discord Moderator who can provide 24/7 active moderation. The chosen individual must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and capable of basic and advanced moderation skills. The role will involve preventing spam and trolling, monitoring general user behaviour, and enforcing Discord rules as stated by my organization.
This requires the moderator to be active more than 20 hours a week, and duties may include, but are not limited to, reprimanding offenders, banning, removing content which breaches any policies, and de-escalation of situations. Experience in conflict resolution and a proactive approach to improve the server is also highly desirable.
I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and who is passionate about using their expertise to maintain a pleasant and healthy online community. The chosen individual should be a natural leader with a positive outlook and the ability to stay resilient in challenging times.
