Discord community manager

I am looking for a skilled and experienced Discord community/sales manager to assist me with our community members on a daily basis. This role will involve actively participating in discussions, addressing queries and concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our more than 500 members. Knowledge or interest in fintech ( forex/crypto) is a big plus

Responsibilities:
- Engaging with community members on a daily basis through text and voice channels
- Responding to questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Initiating and facilitating discussions to encourage community interaction and participation
- Providing guidance and support to new members to ensure they feel welcome and included
- Monitoring and moderating conversations to enforce community rules and guidelines
- Try to convert members into clients

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals from the fintech world
- Experience in community management, preferably in a Discord
- Proficiency in Discord features and tools, including bots and moderation settings
- Understanding of online community dynamics and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to community engagement
