Discord & Telegram Amazon Promo Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run several communities that share time-sensitive Amazon promo codes and I’m ready to replace my manual copy-and-paste routine with a single, reliable bot.
Scope of work
• One consolidated automation that connects to BOTH Discord and Telegram.
• On Telegram it must:
– post each new promo code in the channel immediately,
– maintain simple subscription tiers (free vs premium) so only eligible users see premium codes,
– push optional reminders/alerts for expiring deals.
• On Discord it must:
– post the same promo codes in a chosen text channel,
– assign or remove server roles that mirror those Telegram tiers,
– send role-based notifications about new or expiring deals.
Key expectations
• Single dashboard or config file where I can drop fresh promo codes (CSV, Google Sheet, or similar) and let the bot handle distribution.
• Rate-limit handling so neither platform flags the account.
• Clean logging of every post, role change, and notification.
• The code should be written in a language that is easy for me to host on a small VPS—Python with discord.py / python-telegram-bot, or Node.js with discord.js / telegraf are both fine as long as dependencies are documented.
• Environment variables for all tokens/keys; no hard-coding.
Deliverables
1. Source code with clear README.
2. Step-by-step deployment guide (Linux VPS).
3. A brief Loom or screen-share demo showing the bot in action on both platforms.
Acceptance criteria
The job is complete when I can:
• add a promo code to the input file,
• watch it appear instantly in both my Telegram and Discord channels, properly restricted to the right user tier/role,
• and receive a confirmation log entry— all without touching the platforms manually.
Feel free to suggest improvements or libraries that could make the build more robust; I value maintainability over quick hacks.
