Discord Server Set-Up for Missing Persons
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am creating a Discord-run community dedicated to missing persons across the United States, with the goal of shedding light on the growing crisis of endangered individuals. I plan to assemble a team of history and judicial studies students from my campus to help grow and sustain this project. Discord felt like the best platform for this initiative—mainly because it’s the one I understand.
Within this community, we will conduct our own research, read and share findings, and hold discussions about missing individuals. We also plan to request police files on cases that date back almost 20 years. To make this work effectively, I need someone experienced in setting up Discord bots and servers—or at least someone who understands what bots are essential for managing a community server.
My inspiration for this project is deeply personal. My younger brother, now 12 years old, has been missing for four years. This community is my way of turning grief into action, ensuring that others do not feel alone in their search for answers.
