Discord Server Optimization,Community Engagement, Management & Growth - 3 month gaming pilot project
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for an experienced Discord server manager to optimize, engage, manage, and grow our gaming community. Our primary goal is to grow the community over a 3-month pilot period. Our community focuses on Action/Adventure/Horror games, and we desire a values based moderation for the server.
We are a small Indie Video Game Studio, with team members in The Philippines and UK.
Between July and September we will launch 3 new games in Fortnite.
This is a 3 month pilot project, with the first game targeted to launch July 1st, 2023.
We have already set up a Discord Server and Bot.
We are looking for a talented human (or team) who has experience and time in July, August and September and can:
1. Optimize the Discord Server
2. Build our Discord community to over 1000
3. Meaningfully manage and nurture the Discord server and community
4. Post content (you will not need to create content, it will be supplied to you, but we would love to hear your feedback on the content)
5. Apply Kofi and other subscriptions to seek revenue opportunity
6. Make recommendations on affiliate marketing opportunities
7. Provide monthly reports analysing data on the Discord Server and revenue
Ideally we will do an onboarding session around June 27, so we can be ready for the launch of the first game.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Discord server management and optimization
- Knowledge of Action/Adventure/Horror gaming community and trends
- Ability to engage and manage a large community of gamers
- Strong communication and moderation skills to maintain a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
