Discord Moderators for Large Community
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am currently in need of dedicated, experienced Discord moderators to manage a large, lively online community of over 2000 members. The selected freelancers will have the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring chat activity: Keep an active eye on all facets of discussions happening in the community.
- Enforcing community guidelines: Ensure that all rules and regulations are adhered to by all members.
- Handling user reports: Effectively manage and address complaints, reports or issues raised by members.
Given the size of the community, I require moderators who could be active for more than 4 hours per day. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in moderating Discord communities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of online community dynamics.
