Discord Manager for Streaming Brand

The Objective

I’m building a streaming brand with a clear funnel:

Short-form content → Live streams → Discord (final destination).

Discord is not a side quest. It’s the hub—where fans turn into community, community turns into culture, and culture turns into longevity.

I’m looking for someone to build, structure, launch, and maintain this Discord long-term.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Discord Build & Architecture
• Full server setup from zero (or cleanup if needed)
• Channel structure that scales (not a cluttered graveyard)
• Roles, permissions, onboarding flow
• Bots setup (moderation, leveling, alerts, integrations)
• Clear community guidelines + rules that don’t read like legal documents

Community Management & Upkeep
• Daily/weekly engagement prompts
• Event planning (watch parties, game nights, stream pings)
• Managing mods (or becoming lead mod initially)
• Keeping chats alive without forcing cringe
• Removing spam, toxicity, and bad actors efficiently

Creator Integration
• Stream announcements & highlights
• Twitch/YouTube/TikTok integration
• Feedback channels for content & streams
• Funnel viewers into Discord and keep them there

What I’m Looking For
• Proven experience running or moderating active Discord communities
• Understands streamer culture & Gen-Z humor
• Can balance structure with personality (not corporate, not chaotic)
• Proactive communicator — sees issues before they become fires
• Long-term mindset (this community grows as the brand grows)

Bonus if you:
• Have managed Discords for streamers or gaming orgs
• Understand retention mechanics (levels, rewards, access)
• Can help design community events & growth loops
