I run an elite track & field coaching brand (PR1M3 Performance), and I’m building a Discord that serves as:
• A training hub
• A community for athletes & parents
• A pipeline for coaching clients

I already have the server built with channels.
Now I need someone to turn it into a high-level system that drives engagement and conversions.

What I need:
• Clean up and optimize server structure
• Build a clear onboarding flow (start here → roles → engagement)
• Improve channel purpose and naming
• Set up roles and permissions (athletes, parents, elite clients)
• Create engagement systems (daily check-ins, challenges)
• Help position the server as a premium coaching environment

• Experience building paid communities
