Discord Customer Support Ticket Setup

I’m in need of a professional to set up a customer support system on my Discord server.

The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in setting up Discord bots, specifically ticketing bots, and should be able to seamlessly integrate them into my server. I am not currently using any bots or plugins, so you will have a clean slate to work with.

Main Functionalities:
- The system should automatically create tickets when a support request is submitted. This is a critical feature as it will help in streamlining the support process and ensure that no customer inquiry goes unattended.

Ticket Management:
- I prefer to manage the support tickets through dedicated channels per ticket. This approach allows for a clear and organized handling of customer queries and complaints.

Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer support processes
- Familiarity with Discord’s API and bot programming
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in setting up similar systems on Discord would be a big plus.
