Key Responsibilities:
- Moderating chat and enforcing rules: Keeping the chat safe and friendly, while also making sure our community abides by our rules.
- Providing customer support: Your main goal will be to help our players with their questions and issues.
Community Engagement: While your primary focus will be on providing customer support, I would also appreciate your input on potential community engagement strategies.
Support Types:
- Gameplay advice: Offering tips and tricks to our players when needed.
- Account-related issues: Assisting players with their account-related or any other problems.
Ideal Candidate: The perfect freelancer for this job would be someone with strong communication skills, experience in RPG games. Prior experience managing Discord communities is a significant plus.
