Discord Bot

I'm look for the creation of a Discord bot that will execute upon a text command. The execution will first need to check if the person running the command is in a voice channel (error given if NOT in a voice channel, something along the lines of you must be in a voice channel, etc) Upon successful execution, the bot will need to get a list of users in that particular voice channel, and send them all a direct message. Now the contents of the DM are going to be randomized. The idea is to have 5 people in the voice channel, with a potential of 6 outcomes. There will be 2 DMs sent, one will contain keyphrase#1 and the second DM will be keyphrase#2 The 6 different outcomes would be 1 person receiving DM#1, 4 receiving DM#2, 5 different people, so 5 ways and the 6th possible outcome that everyone receives DM#2 and no one receives DM#1. Hopefully someone can understand that and let me know.
