Customized Discord bot to schedule posts

We need a programmer that can program a discord bot for our server.
We want to have 20 NPCs bots that "talk" between them (scheduling posts) so we would need Discord bots with customizable pfp, name and the scheduling option.
Once the bots are done we would handle them.
