Custom Car Club Discord

I’m setting up a brand-new Discord for @LTMCDriversclub and need someone who can build it from the ground up so our members can hang out online as easily as we meet up on the road. The main focus is lively, well-organised chat rooms where drivers can swap stories, photos and advice. Alongside that, I want a simple, fool-proof space for announcing and coordinating our regular car meets.

What I already have: a fresh Discord account and the club branding.
What I’m looking for: a clean channel layout, sensible roles and permissions, a welcoming onboarding flow, and any lightweight bots that make conversation and event sign-ups smoother. Feel free to recommend best-practice features such as reaction-role menus, calendar integrations or automated photo galleries—as long as the end result stays tidy and easy for non-techy members to navigate.
