Create an api to use midjourney

I am looking for a freelancer to build an api for use with midjourney based on my specifications. I need a REST api written in PHP. I do not currently have user profiles that need to be integrated into the api, however this may need to be done in the future. The ideal freelancer for this project will be experienced in creating APIs and understand the challenges that come with this work. I am open to any additional suggestions that this freelancer may have to better accomplish my goal.
