The client is building the experience layer of Web 3.0, and we are looking for a community manager to curate ideas within our community and develop engagement with people interested in self-improvement and communication science. We are a team of experienced communication experts and designers devoted to bringing coaching into reality. The community manager will work with our talented team to inform the community of our progress toward building new ideas, research of communication tactics in this software marketplace, and permissionless economy. They will also gather community feedback to help prioritize product development efforts so that they are aligned with the needs of the community. Moreover, the community manager will also get to work with our talented team of writers and editors to turn these insights into material that can be circulated and spread throughout the online discourse.
The ideal community manager has these qualities or qualifications:
Have actively participated in internet communities, especially those adjacent to blockchain applications
Can fluently communicate in a written format—especially in Greek—on messaging platforms, community servers like Discord, and social media platforms such as Twitter or Reddit
Possess a high degree of interest in emerging technologies, DAOs, NFTs, decentralized identities, and token economics
Have a track record of engaging and growing digital communities with very active participants
Have experience running strategies such as ambassador programs where the community has an opportunity to materially contribute
An understanding of and engagement with the Cardstack community is a huge plus
While there are no technical skills required for this position, we do want to recruit people who offer specialized skills, whether it is in the arts, science, or other professional practice. Please specify how your particular expertise may give you the advantage to be successful in this role.
