Car Club Discord Setup & Integration

I’m ready to move our @LTMCDriversClub conversations off Instagram DMs and into a fully-fledged Discord home that keeps the same energy and reaches members the moment something new hits our feed. The core goal is community engagement, so the server needs to feel welcoming, intuitive, and alive every time someone logs in.

Here’s the vision I want you to bring to life:

• Channel layout
– General chat for day-to-day banter.
– Event announcements where I can post meet-ups and cruises.
– Member showcases so drivers can drop photos and mods of their rides.

• Role hierarchy
– Admins (full permissions).
– Moderators (keeping the peace, light management tools).
– Event Organizers (ability to create and manage event threads, polls, and pings).

• Instagram integration
Every new post on @LTMCDriversClub should automatically publish in a dedicated #instagram-updates channel with the image, caption, and a link back to the post. I’m open to whatever method you prefer—native Discord webhooks, Zapier, IFTTT, or a lightweight custom bot—as long as it’s reliable and doesn’t spam.

• Polish & onboarding
A clean welcome screen, concise rules, and clear role instructions so newcomers know exactly where to head first and how to grab a role if we add self-assign options later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Server delivered with requested channels, roles, and permissions configured.
2. Automated Instagram feed posting tested live.
3. Brief hand-off guide (one-pager or Loom video) showing how to adjust channels, roles, or webhook keys in the future.
