Advanced Discord Server Build

I’m setting up a private, niche-focused Discord space and want it to feel as polished and capable as any top-tier public community. The goal is a turnkey server that my moderators and I can run smoothly from day one, with every major quality-of-life feature already in place.

Key features I need implemented:
• Custom bots – for moderation, utility commands and anything else that will streamline day-to-day activity.
• Event scheduling – native or third-party solutions so members can RSVP and receive reminders.
• Role management – a clearly structured permissions hierarchy that we’ll assign manually, keeping full control over who gains access to what.

Scope of work
1. Plan and create the full channel and category layout, including text, voice and any stage/thread arrangements that suit a private community.
2. Configure or code the required bots, set up their permissions and test all commands/events.
3. Build the manual role system, mapping roles to channel visibility and moderation powers.
4. Deliver concise documentation or a short video walk-through so my team understands day-to-day administration.

Acceptance criteria
• All bots run error-free for 48 hours in a test environment.
• Event scheduling posts automatically create reminders and clean up after events end.
• Role changes made by a moderator instantly update channel permissions without conflicts.
• Documentation covers every custom command, permission set and troubleshooting step.
