Job Description:
I need a skilled developer to build DiscordBot, a Discord-based bot for construction project management with a twist: it’s a lightweight, extensible platform where I can create and tweak personas (e.g., “Construct-o-Bot” or “Lisa”) post-deployment via voice commands. Think of it as a toolbox—speech recognition, text-to-speech, SMS, Excel reports, and machine learning-powered personas that evolve over time without extra coding. It’ll support English, Spanish, Ukrainian, adapting to users dynamically.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
Core Bot: A single Discord bot that processes voice/text commands (e.g., “DiscordBot, create Lisa” or “Lisa, send a report”) in 3 languages, using self-hosted DeepSpeech for speech-to-text and Coqui TTS for replies (under 35s).
Toolbox:
Twilio SMS integration for texting users in their preferred language.
Excel (.xlsx) report generation with pandas, emailed via SMTP.
Persona Framework:
Create personas on command (e.g., “create Construct-o-Bot as vendor coordinator”) with static and dynamic .json files for metadata and prompts.
Dual memory logs per persona:
Job Log: Persistent, counts work-related events (e.g., “Task X is key”) for role-specific learning.
People Log: Decaying scores for interactions (e.g., “Thanks” = +1, decays monthly) to shape tone/language.
Lightweight ML (using Grok 3/ Deepseek/ etc...) instances per persona, learning from logs for tailored behaviors.
Language Support: Pre-trained DeepSpeech and Coqui TTS for 5 languages, with ML adapting to user preferences (e.g., switches to Spanish if they say “Hola”).
Storage: Flat .json files (no database)—tasks, persona configs, and logs.
Scope:
In: Discord bot, STT/TTS, SMS, Excel, persona framework with ML, 5 languages.
Out: No web UI, Gantt charts, or extra languages—keep it simple and .json-based.
Deliverables:
Working DiscordBot with all features above.
Source code and a short deployment guide.

Requirements:
Experience with: Python, Discord API, DeepSpeech, Coqui TTS, Twilio SDK, pandas, SMTP, and lightweight ML integration (Grok 3 provided).
Comfortable with .json file handling and self-hosted solutions.
Bonus if you’ve worked on multilingual bots or noisy-environment STT.
