Discord Server Setup & Optimization
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My Discord community is already up and running, but I need a specialist to bring real structure and automation to it. The server has no people in it, and is brand new. I've already set up the ticket bot, but for creating channels, order, etc., I need help.
The job is straightforward:
• Roles
– Add several new roles to fit a growing community.
– Update the permissions and hierarchy of existing roles so everything lines up correctly.
• Reaction Roles
– Create messages that let members assign themselves roles via reactions, remove them if they un-react, and toggle them freely without admin help. All three behaviors—assign, remove, toggle—must work reliably.
• App Integrations
– Announcements: set up an announcement tool/bot so I can broadcast updates in a clean, automated way.
– Reaction roles: make sure the reaction-role system is powered by a bot that is stable and easy for me to maintain.
– Support tickets: integrate a ticketing bot that opens private threads or channels when members need help, with automatic closing options.
Deliverables will be the live server configured, a short written hand-off explaining where to find each setting, and a quick voice or screen-share walkthrough (10-15 min) so I’m confident everything is ready.
