Discord Bot for WoW Server

I run a Windows-based World of Warcraft private server and want to keep an eye on it straight from Discord. The bot you build must do two things:

• Post a live status banner at the very top of my Discord—clearly showing ONLINE or OFFLINE plus the current number of real players (no counting bots).
• Let me moderate the server remotely through Discord commands. Out of the box it should handle /ban, /kick and simple text messages sent to the in-game chat. I also need a way to drop additional commands into a plain-text file and have the bot recognise and execute them the next time it syncs.

Because affordability matters to me, please leverage existing libraries—Discord.js, Node.js, Python-discord, or any lightweight solution you’re comfortable with is fine—as long as the final result is stable and easy for me to host on Windows.

Deliverables
1. Source code with clear setup instructions
2. Config file where I can set my RCON or similar credentials, channel IDs and role permissions
3. A brief README showing how to append new commands to the text file and reload the bot
4. One-time live test proving the status ticker, player count accuracy and moderation commands all function as described
