Discord Bot for Applicant Tracking

We need a lightweight Discord bot to help us manage new member applications for our community server.
Features Required:
- A command (e.g., /apply) that opens an application form via DM or in a private channel
- Admin review panel (within Discord) to approve or deny applications
- Auto-role assignment upon approval
- Log application submissions and decisions to a private mod channel
- Simple database or flat file to store submissions and status
Nice to Have:
- Cooldown or limit how often users can apply
- DM notification to user after approval/denial
- Optional question editor for admins
We’re not looking for anything over-engineered. Just clean, functional code that’s easy to maintain or expand. Please use open-source libraries and keep within budget constraints.
