Discord Alerts & Screenshots from TradingView

I'm looking for an integration that sends alerts from my TradingView to my Discord group.
- I need a standard message included with each alert.
- The alerts should contain a screenshot of the full chart with the overlay, triggered by my custom currency strength indicator.
- The alerts should be sent when the indicator shows overbought or oversold conditions.
