Receive my envelope then mail it to me to Portland

Mail forwarding service needed for a one-time project. I am currently located outside of Portland and need someone to receive an envelope on my behalf and mail it to me.

Skills and experience required:
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Familiarity with standard shipping services
- Experience with PayPal for payment of shipping fees

Tasks:
- Receive envelope
- Mail envelope using standard shipping services
- Provide tracking information
- Communicate promptly and clearly throughout the process

Payment:
- Shipping fees will be paid through PayPal upon receipt of tracking information.
