Urgent n8n Setup on DigitalOcean
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
The droplet is live on DigitalOcean (Ubuntu) and n8n is already downloaded, yet the domain I registered through DigitalOcean’s own DNS will not resolve to the server. SSH access works, the service is running, but the hostname stays unreachable.
I have strong server-side experience, so the groundwork is done; the blocker is strictly domain name configuration and any edge cases that may still prevent n8n from being reached over HTTP/HTTPS. A fast, remote, screen-sharing session is ideal so I can follow the tweaks and learn the DigitalOcean DNS nuances along the way.
Please complete the following before we close the call:
• Correct DNS records inside the DigitalOcean control panel and propagate checks
• Any required Ubuntu or firewall adjustments that might still interfere
• Final confirmation that n8n opens from the browser via the domain (HTTPS if a quick Let’s Encrypt setup is feasible)
• A brief recap of the steps you took, for future reference
Availability within the next few hours is important; once the domain resolves and n8n is reachable, the job is done.
