DigitalOcean Droplet Stuck in Recovery Mode — Need Senior Linux Admin (Screen-Share Only)

**Description:**
My DigitalOcean droplet is stuck between the Recovery ISO and normal boot.
Root password reset works, the disk mounts, but the droplet won’t exit rescue mode and the console shows “failed to get droplet information.”

I need an experienced **Linux / DigitalOcean / Ubuntu** admin to guide me on a screen-share (Zoom/Meet).
No credentials or account access will be provided — you will walk me through the steps while I do all actions on my side.

**What I need help with:**

* Safely exiting rescue mode
* Checking and fixing filesystem issues (if any)
* Using chroot correctly to access the real system
* Repairing GRUB/bootloader if required
* Making sure the droplet boots normally from disk
* Confirming root login works
