Frappe HRMS Deployment & Configuration

I need you to spin up a clean Frappe HRMS staging environment on a fresh DigitalOcean droplet and lay the groundwork for an eventual production migration. Start with a standard Ubuntu-based stack, secure it, connect MariaDB/Postgres (your recommendation is welcome), and create the first system administrator account so I can log in and verify everything.

Phase 1 – Installation & Environment Setup

Install Frappe HRMS on a VPS (staging environment).

Configure base setup, database, and admin access.

Ensure scalability for future production migration.

Phase 2 – Core HR Modules

Employee Profiles:

Create structured employee records with documentation upload (certifications, IDs, etc.).

Vacation & Leave Management:

Configure leave types (Paid, Unpaid, Sick, Stat Holidays, etc.).

Enable leave request submission and multi-level approval workflow.

Automatic email notification to administrator/supervisor upon new request or status change.

Attendance Tracking:

Employee check-in/check-out tracking.

Monitor late arrivals, absences, and no-shows.

Automatic generation of alerts/emails for repeated lates or absences.

Phase 3 – Automation & Reporting

Email Automation:
