DigitalOcean Server Issue Fix

My digital ocean droplet currently hosting 3 wordpress sites has stopped working as expected.
I cant log into the console, I can get into the recovery console.
What I’m looking for:
• Diagnose the root cause of the outage or misconfiguration.
• Apply the fix while keeping existing data and settings intact.
• Supply a brief write-up of the steps you took so I can reference them later.
The droplet runs a standard Linux stack; beyond that, you’ll see everything once you log in.
SSH access can be provided immediately, and I’m available for real-time questions during the repair window.
If you’re confident with DigitalOcean, systemd, and common web/database services, this should be a straightforward job. I’m ready to award and start as soon as you confirm availability.
