DigitalOcean Droplet Migration & Update

Timing is critical, so please only engage if you’re available to tackle this immediately and can wrap it up inside two hours.
I need my static website moved from its current DigitalOcean droplet to a freshly created, smaller one—today, within the next couple of hours. I already generated the new droplet and have full SSH access to both machines, so keys and credentials are ready for you as soon as we start.
The site went offline after an SSL error, and a quick check showed Nginx and a few other packages are out-of-date. During the transfer I want the stack brought up to current stable versions so we don’t hit the same issue again. Once everything is in place the domain should resolve cleanly over HTTPS with a valid certificate (Let’s Encrypt is fine).
Deliverables I’ll use to sign off:
• All site files and configs replicated to the new droplet.
• Nginx (and any required dependencies) updated to the latest stable release.
• Working HTTPS certificate installed and verified in the browser—no warnings.
• Basic documentation of any config tweaks or commands you ran, just so I can repeat the process later.
