DEV OPS With little bit developer knowledge

I am looking for a DevOps specialist with some developer knowledge to assist me with continuous integration and deployment tasks. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with coding and debugging as part of the DevOps process.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Setting up and configuring the infrastructure for seamless deployment
- Implementing continuous integration and deployment processes
- Monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the deployment process
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
- Experience with setting up and configuring infrastructure for deployment
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Ability to debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
