AWS to DigitalOcean Migration
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I want to move my small-scale production workload from AWS to DigitalOcean Droplets so I can cut ongoing server costs. Right now the footprint is light—just one to two EC2 instances that host our application stack, plus an AWS DocumentDB instance for data and QuickSight for internal dashboards.
Your job is to plan and execute a clean migration of everything that currently lives on those EC2 instances to equivalent DigitalOcean resources, set up the networking and security groups, and be sure the applications come back online with minimal downtime. Cost reduction is the driving factor, so please architect the target environment with lean monthly pricing in mind while keeping performance steady.
