Project Management Assistant Needed
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
LOOKING FOR PROJECT MANAGER HELP
I am working in a company as a project manager, and I need help with my duties that I am unable to fulfil during my work—end-to-end orchestration of priority digital programs—driving project management excellence, stakeholder communications, and operational plans that turn strategy into predictable delivery, partner with product, marketing, analytics, IT/ETG, divisional leaders, and external vendors to land roadmaps, reduce friction, and scale repeatable ways of working that support PCG’s digital growth ambitions. Project Management (Portfolio & Delivery) Lead planning and execution for a global portfolio of digital initiatives (e.g., unified global web experience, self‑service/commerce, and innovation tools), establishing scope, milestones, and budgets. Run an intake → prioritization → delivery flow using Microsoft Planner (or equivalent), standardizing briefs, definitions of done, resource allocations, and cross‑team dependencies. Maintain program source‑of‑truth plans, dashboards, and weekly status. Track adoption and value realization post‑launch, feeding insights into the roadmap. 2) Stakeholder Communications (Clarity & Alignment) Build and run a multi‑level comms cadence (exec readouts, steering updates, core‑team notes, division‑facing newsletters) that is right‑sized to each audience and decision horizon. Translate technical progress into business‑relevant narratives: outcomes, risks, trade‑offs, asks, and next steps. Drive stakeholder mapping and engagement plans; surface and resolve cross‑functional issues early with data and options. 3) Operational Plans (Operating Model & Continuous Improvement) Stand up and maintain program operating plans: OKRs, quarterly/annual roadmaps, budget forecasts, role RACI, meeting rhythms, and decision logs. 4) Other Details Data‑driven mindset; comfort with dashboards/metrics to guide prioritization and value realization. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Experience balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
