Digital controller for welding machine

I am looking for someone to design and develop a digital controller consisting of microcontroller/DSP to control IGBT based power source by Pulse Width Modulation . Power source works on 3 -phase supply and has full bridge inverter circuit. The controller should be able to generate pulses to drive IGBTs as per the set current or voltage depending upon constant current /constant voltage topology. The digital circuit should be able to drive wire feeder which has a PMDC motor . There should be a human interface for the control of various parameters. The power source is expected to have various features including pulsing, wave shape generation ,independent control of pulse width of positive & negative cycles . The controller should be able to detect the rate of rise of current through IGBT and isolate it in the4 event of dangerous level of current rise for protection of IGBTs. Request only experienced developers who have done similar projects to reply please. I want someone experienced in creating digital controllers, and with abilities to deliver the desired results in a timely manner. Looking forward to your proposals!
