As a personal project, I am looking for an experienced individual to carry out a comprehensive analysis of a 5-story building's vibration characteristics. The ideal expert should have a solid understanding of the EFDD and pLSCF methods, and proficiency in either Python or MATLAB.

Key Requirements:
- Utilize the EFDD and pLSCF methods to determine the periods, first 10 mode shapes, and damping ratios of the building.
- The building has 5 accelerometers in each floor, and the accelerometer data is currently in Excel format.
- The frequency at which the accelerometer data was recorded should be considered in the analysis.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in either Python or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with building vibration analysis and the EFDD, pLSCF methods.
- Experience working with Excel data.
- Strong understanding of signal processing and structural dynamics.
