digital marketing

I am looking to hire a freelancer with experience in digital marketing and Mailchimp campaigns. It will be for 2 or 3 hours a week and the person must be a native English speaker. wiring and communications skills are a plus.Ability to work with wordpress also good.I would refer the person to be based in Europe.
