Seeking YouTube/Instagram/TikTok Promotion Expert — REAL USA Traffic Only (No Bots, No Farms)

Description:
I am looking for a reliable and highly skilled digital marketer who knows how to boost videos on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok using REAL HUMAN AUDIENCES based in the United States.

This is NOT a job for people selling fake views, bot traffic, SMM panels, or click-farm boosting.

YouTube Discovery / In-Feed ads

YouTube audience targeting for US markets

Instagram/Facebook Reels boosting

TikTok Spark Ads or similar real-traffic ad formats

I want someone who understands:

Audience retention
Watch time optimization
Traffic source analysis
Geographic targeting (USA tier-1 only)
High-CTR thumbnails & hooks
Scaling campaigns safely

The test project:

Promote one YouTube video with a $100 ad budget.
The goal is:

At least 1,000–3,000 REAL US views

20–40+ second average view duration

Legitimate traffic sources (YouTube Home, Suggested, Search, In-Feed)

NO External spam traffic

NO 1-second views

I will verify everything through YouTube Analytics, so transparency is essential.

Ongoing Work Available:

If the test campaign goes well, I will offer long-term monthly projects with much larger budgets ($1,000–$5,000 per month) for multiple clients.

Who should apply:

You have real experience running U.S.-targeted ads

You can show past results or case studies

You communicate clearly and report analytics accurately

You DO NOT use bots, click farms, or fake traffic

You understand YouTube/Google Ads dashboard and can prove it

To apply, answer these questions:

What type of ad formats do you recommend for REAL USA YouTube traffic?

Can you show screenshots of past YouTube Analytics from campaigns you ran?

Do you personally manage ads, or do you outsource to a panel or third party?

Are you comfortable starting with a $100 test campaign?
