YouTube Channel Executive (Real Estate) – Thumbnails, Titles & Channel Optimization

We are a real estate YouTube channel (Ooty & Kotagiri properties) looking for a skilled YouTube Channel Executive to professionally manage and optimize our channel. This is a practical execution role, not a marketing or ads project.
We upload videos ourselves, but we need a freelancer who can organize the channel, improve thumbnails, optimize titles & descriptions, and help increase CTR & audience retention for real estate content.
What We Need You To Do
✔ Channel Setup & Organization
Organize videos into relevant playlists (Plots, Villas, Ooty, Kotagiri, Nilgiris)
Optimize the Channel About section, thumbnails, and banners
Update pinned comments and CTAs
✔ Thumbnail Creation
Create clean, professional, eye-catching thumbnails
Maintain a consistent visual style (brand elements)
Improve existing thumbnails
✔ Titles, Descriptions & Tags
Write high-CTR titles
Optimize video descriptions with local SEO (e.g., Ooty Real Estate, Kotagiri plots)
Add relevant tags and hashtags
Add clear CTA links (WhatsApp / contact number)
✔ Basic Video Support (Optional)
Trim first 3–5 seconds if needed
Add subtitles or highlight key visuals (basic level)
✔ Analytics & Reporting
Track CTR, average view duration, watch time & retention
Provide a weekly performance summary
Recommend improvements based on analytics
Skills Required
✔ Experience with YouTube Studio
✔ Thumbnail design (Canva or similar)
✔ Copywriting for video titles / descriptions
✔ Basic understanding of CTR & audience retention
✔ Comfortable working with real estate content
✔ Bonus: YouTube Shorts experience
