WordPress Consent Management & Cookie Popup Setup

I need explicit consent management for my wordpress website using Google Tag Manager. Right now I already have GTM tags and triggers set up but they were set up before the new Google consent update. I need a cookie popup plugin setup too as currently I do not have a cookie popup. I would also like that after the new changes are implemented, that the tags and tested if the data is being received or not. . The setup must be compliant with Google Consent V2

- Cookie Popup Plugin: I'm open to suggestions for a suitable cookie popup plugin. It must be easy to use and effective in capturing user consent.
- Custom Branded Design: The cookie popup should be a custom branded style, reflecting the look and feel of my website.
