We’re two partners working with Herbalife, and after validating our business model in several countries, we’re now expanding internationally.
We’re looking for entrepreneurial-minded e-commerce managers to take charge of new country markets — starting with:
Belgium (French) | Austria (German) | Romania (Romanian).
You’ll manage a ready-to-run Herbalife online store equipped with automation, AI, and a proven marketing system — completely remote and independent.
This is not a traditional freelance job — it’s a business opportunity with recurring income, no bosses, and no limits on growth or territory.
About the Project
Our Herbalife e-commerce model has been tested and refined for over 10 months across multiple countries.
It combines the personal touch of the Herbalife customer experience with the scalability of a modern e-commerce ecosystem — powered by automation, AI, and digital marketing.
We provide you with everything ready to go:
- A fully functional Herbalife online store
- PIM system for automatic product management (photos, descriptions, availability)
- Pre-configured email marketing automations (via Brevo)
- Google Ads campaigns and tracking setup
- Continuous tech innovation (AI chatbot for customer care, AI skin analysis app, and more under development)
You focus on growing the business, serving customers, and expanding reach — we take care of all the tech. Admin, logistics, and infrastructure are managed directly by Herbalife's HQ.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations
- Handle customer care via email and chat (5-star experience)
- Submit and process orders through the official Herbalife platform
- Create new content and blog articles to improve SEO reach
- Monitor running Google Ads campaigns and report performance
- Contribute ideas to increase visibility, engagement, and revenue
Nice to Have
- Experience with Brevo (email marketing)
- Understanding of Google Ads management
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (performance tracking and insights)
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital workflows
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory for coordination with our team)
- Native or fluent in one of the following:
- French (for Belgium)
- German (for Austria)
- Romanian (for Romania)
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for long-term collaboration and growth
