WooCommerce Operations & Zoho Sync

My WordPress + WooCommerce store needs a dependable pair of hands to keep everything moving smoothly from “Add to Cart” all the way to “Delivered and reconciled in Zoho Books.”
Day-to-day you’ll be inside WooCommerce processing new orders, updating shipment statuses, handling returns when they pop up, and confirming every sale reaches our customers on time. While you are there, I also need the catalogue kept fresh—new products uploaded with clear images, tidy descriptions, and the right categories so shoppers find what they need quickly.
A critical part of the role is maintaining our current integration with Zoho Books. and Zoho E-commerce Platform Every transaction has to flow cleanly into our accounts for inventory, invoicing, and reporting. If something breaks, I expect you to spot it, fix it, and let me know what happened.
Deliverables I’ll review each week:
• All incoming orders processed and shipments tracked until delivery
• New products and categories added or updated as supplied
• Zoho Books synchronisation logs showing every order successfully posted
• Brief summary of issues tackled and improvements made
I also need socila media marketing to be done to boost sales and create lead generation.
You’re free to use whatever helper plugins with my approval or automation tools you prefer, as long as they remain compatible with WooCommerce and keep the data tidy in Zoho. If this sounds like a routine you can own, let’s talk and get started right away.
