Whatsapp Chatbot

I'm looking for someone to help me develop a WhatsApp Chatbot for customer support that allows customers to interact with the chatbot in a meaningful way. Unlike standard customer service models, this chatbot will require an intermediate level of complexity, one that allows customers to make orders and appointments through the bot. The chatbot interactions will be tailored to my needs and ideas, and I will need help in developing the details for the script. My goal behind the project is to provide an effortless, timely, and reliable customer service experience to my customers when they need assistance.
