US Webapp Launch: Engaging Real Audience

I am launching a new webapp that will feature an AI Doctor, 2 AI Lawyers, and 2 other personalities (AI). I will explain to the person who gets the deal.

No sign in or registration is required for first 6 months.
So how are we earning? Through ads.
The webapp is being launched in US only.
By the end of September 10000 US citizens must have visited the app. Visited every room. Asked questions to the AI. Gone to every area of the website where ads are visible. 10% must click. Some must bounce. And then every one must leave a comment on Reddit, Quora, Twitter what was their experience. I won't force anybody to write what I want. They can give their true opinions which will help us what features they liked what improvement they need. But commenting in one platform is must.

IMP: They should be real Americans not simulations or low quality bots. Not a single one. If one person logs in from 2 different IPs everyday that will be counted as 1*2*30 = 60. But every time that person must visit at least 4 out of 6 rooms. Go to every area that displays ads. Click one day. Not click one day. But it must be people. No VPN. No cheap bots.
