**What You'll Do**

- Identify and engage job seekers, career changers, and professionals actively looking for resume help
- Direct them to ParseWorks.io and convert them into registered users
- Outreach across platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Discord communities, career forums, and beyond
- Report weekly on outreach activity and sign-up results

**What We're Looking For**

- Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or community outreach
- Strong written communication — you know how to pitch without sounding like a bot
- Self-starter who can identify the right audiences and move without hand-holding
- Familiarity with job seeker communities is a strong plus

**What Success Looks Like**

You bring in verified new sign-ups to ParseWorks.io. Volume and conversion quality both matter. We track results, not effort.
