I need a savvy digital marketer to immediately plan and schedule lead-generation campaigns for my real-estate listings on Facebook and Instagram. My priority is to start capturing qualified buyer and seller leads as soon as possible, so I want the full campaign calendar, targeting, creative guidance, and tracking set up without delay.

You’ll work inside Meta Ads Manager, map out a sensible daily budget, choose the right objectives (Lead Generation), build or refine the audiences, draft compelling copy angles, and slot the ads into an optimized schedule that runs at the best-performing times for my market. Google Ads can stay off the table for now, though I’m open to expanding later once Facebook and Instagram are humming.

Deliverables
